Introduction

By using the 7uzbd platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. This document clearly outlines the relationship, rights, and responsibilities between 7uzbd and its users. If you do not wish to accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not use 7uzbd.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2. Single Account Policy

Each user may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. We track IP addresses, device IDs, and payment methods to detect duplicate accounts. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

3. Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering: full name, date of birth, address, email, and phone number. Identity verification may be required using your national ID card, passport, or driving license. Providing a false name or using another person's identity is a criminal offense and will be treated as fraud against 7uzbd.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and your account secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact 7uzbd support immediately. Using another person's account or lending your account to others is strictly prohibited.

Betting Rules and Gameplay

1. Bet Placement

All bets are placed according to the markets and odds set by 7uzbd. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Your bet history is saved in your account section. It is your responsibility to retain your bet slip and check your confirmation.

2. Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and market. These limits may vary depending on the game type, market, and your account status. VIP members may be eligible for higher limits. 7uzbd reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

3. Void Bets & Refunds

Bets may be voided under certain circumstances: if a match is cancelled, if a technical error occurs, or if there is an obvious pricing mistake. In the case of a voided bet, your stake will be refunded but no winnings will be paid. Bets suspected of manipulation may also be voided.

4. Live Betting

Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds in effect at the moment your bet is confirmed will apply. In some cases, bets may be rejected due to delays or network issues. 7uzbd is not responsible for the accuracy of live data feeds, though we work with trusted providers.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms. A required turnover must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Payment and Withdrawal Policy

1. Deposit Methods

7uzbd supports multiple payment methods: mobile banking, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each method. You may only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

2. Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–48 hours. Identity verification is required for your first withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for your deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1000 and weekly withdrawal limits may apply.

3. Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing funds deposited with a bonus. Typically, Sports Betting bonuses require a 1x to 3x turnover and casino bonuses require a 20x to 40x turnover. Withdrawal requests will be declined if the wagering requirement has not been completed.

4. Fees & Charges

7uzbd generally does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges. If you make frequent small withdrawals or processing costs become excessive, 7uzbd may apply an administrative fee. You will be notified in advance in such cases.

5. Anti-Money Laundering

7uzbd complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws. Suspicious transactions are monitored and reported. Additional documentation may be requested to verify the source of your funds and your identity. Failure to cooperate may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Using arbitrage betting or other exploitative strategies
• Engaging in collusion, match fixing, or any other fraudulent activity
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any other automated system
• Hacking, DDoS attacks, or any attempt to gain unauthorized access to 7uzbd systems
• Using a false identity, forged documents, or stolen payment information
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity
• Harassing, insulting, or threatening other players

7uzbd enforces a zero-tolerance policy against anyone who violates these rules. Information may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities.

Account Suspension and Termination

1. Account Closure by 7uzbd

7uzbd reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time if you breach these Terms and Conditions, engage in suspicious activity, or fail to complete identity verification. Suspended accounts cannot be logged into and no withdrawals will be processed until the investigation is complete.

2. Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending bets must be settled and your balance withdrawn before closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened. You must wait at least 30 days before creating a new account.

3. Self-Exclusion

As part of its responsible gaming commitment, 7uzbd offers a self-exclusion tool. You can exclude yourself for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or receive any promotional emails. This decision is irreversible and cannot be lifted before the exclusion period ends.

Liability and Disclaimer

7uzbd strives to maintain uninterrupted service, but temporary downtime may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or external factors. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and do not offer compensation for downtime; however, we are committed to resolving issues as quickly as possible.

3. Gambling Risks

4. Liability Limits

Under no circumstances shall 7uzbd be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to your account balance or the amount of the disputed transaction.

Dispute Resolution
